What happened with this tournament over the weekend? I'm surprised there has been no talk about it after the great win the Braves had over the Astros the week before.

Trust me...there has been a LOT of talk about what happened....just not here....
The Signature Park Hawks played 2 games on Saturday , won both of them. On Sunday they played 3 games and the last 2 games were against the ECB 45s and the Championship game was against the EC Braves. The Signature Park Hawks won . Yes I said they won!!!! And for some reason the results of the tournament have just recently been posted which shows the SP Hawks as coming in as second place. I'm not sure why that is. Could it be that , oh I don't know East Cobb can't handle being beat at one of their sponsored tournaments. It's very sad that little league baseball has to be so caddy sometimes. Grow up Guys! Baseball can go any way at any time. Let's all just be good fans and remember what this is truly about.
Baseball girl....I can honestly say that had to have been an oversight with them not posting the results and definitely a mistake that SP was not labeled as the winner. The Braves 12u head coach at East Cobb is a class act and would not do anything at all like that to 12 year old kids. Now, I am of course not speaking for all teams there at the 12u level of course. I truly believe this was a mistake and I am sure they are sorry that it has happened that way.

This isn't Little League Baseball by any means..But Congrats to the Hawks..
I know it's not Little League! And Thanks to the Braves Coaches for the email they sent out to the coaches in the tournament . The EC Braves are a class act .

Sometimes PARENTS are the ones that act like the CHILDREN..I am glad that the BRAVES coaching staff and the BRAVES parents were a CLASS act and cleared this all up for everyone...
C.MORTON- Such a true statement!! ECB would never try to fake a win, they don't have to! Their history stands on it's own. :) Congrats to Signature Park on the win. You never know who is going to come to play in this age group!
