This is our third NIT and may be my last. We played Friday night at 920 in Tyrone, 1210 Saturday in Tyrone, had to be dressed and ready in Stockbridge Saturday at 6 in case we play in bracket(wasted trip), back in Tyrone at 8am on Sunday, played at 1210 in Tyrone, then had one hour to get to Hidden Valley for bracket championship.

I understand that fields are a major factor to this but my kids were burnt out on traveling around area in heavy traffic. I rather be four hours away at one park than two hours from home all spread out. Parents paid extra money on gas and we moved hotels twice. The weekend before we played Triple Crown with 37 teams and parks were ten minutes from hotel. I play a lot of USSSA, but this is by far the worst experience we have had in four years.

My last complaint, why do you do two brackets at a Super NIT? I rather have a chance to play for Championship and lose in the first round than I had play in silver bracket. With USSSA playing two brackets or playing one bracket out, is the same number of games.

You have one year to correct this UTrip, I hope you at least put teams best interest over money! Ideas to consider: use two separate weekends, use sites near Macon or N Atlanta, or do like TC and start on Thursdays with local teams.

Thanks.
