I will take a swing at it..

1. East Cobb Astros...They are ahead of everyone else in this age group. Very
deep and well coached.
2. Shamrock...This may suprise some folks but this team is loaded with BIG
power Pitching/ hitting with speed sprinkled in. They have mental
lapses and can emplode on one another but when they are ON look out.
3. Chilidogs...most of these players have played together for several years
now. They improved greatly on defense and pitching last year. They dont
give up many runs and are tough to beat.
4. Chiefs...Not sure they will be the same team this year they have been in
past..They lost several players and are in rebuilding mode..Dont count them
out just yet though...they recruit well.
5. Mill Creek..This team has always been tough to beat...they practice alot
and play the game the right way..The addition of the lefty pitcher
may put this team over the top and up this list.
6. Georgia Black Crackers..Coach Anthony has alot of athletic players. They
like to run the bases but if you can stop that part of their game they can
run into problems.
7. E.C. Longhorns...they made several roster changes to this team including
several hold back players. This team is a real wild card as they did not
play in the fall so everyone is curious as to how good they may be.
8. E.C. Braves...Solid defensive team that plays everyone tough.
9. Georgia Legends...A new team from North Georgia..made up from several
former Chief players and a couple of Chilidogs.
10. Alpharetta As...Did well last year in several good tourneys ...they
can be a streaky team that if they are hot can be tough to handle.

Well that was my shot at it I may have missed someone and if I did I appoligize in advance.

My top ten is a little different but close........
1. Astros-well they are the Astros and they have tons of talent and coaching.
2.EC Longhorns- re-built from a good team last year...made some very nice additions...a team worth the early praise in my opinion...not sure about coaching.
3.Chiefs- they have earned the respect by their wins...they have a very experienced team...coaching???
4.Mill Creek- they play their tails off...very competitive...well coached...they have lost some kids but their additions seem to be strong.
5.Shamrocks-big team...they could be very dangerous...could easily move to the top of my list. But they lost to the Cobras once and had to beat the Cobras in extra innings during the fall...but those EC Tiger kids add in a Chief and all those Greysox kids makes for a team that can be strong.
6.Legends- another wild card...a new team of veteran players...4 Chiefs-3 Team Mizuno- 2 Chili Dogs- and a couple of wild cards could make this team a player as the season goes on...will be well coached.
7.Chilidogs- seem to have a solid coaching foundation...most of these boys have played together for awhile...good defense...offense???... they have earned the respect nad have tons of experience.
8. EC Braves- this is my dark horse...they were good last year but rumor has it they have rebuilt and their coach will get the most out of them...I'm no homer here either...I just think they will be a difficult team to deal with as the season goes on.
9.Crackers- they play every weekend and often bring home trophies...it's hard to argue with their success...and they can beat anybody...Coach Anthony is a good coach and he has the players!!
10. EC Thunder/Georgia Stars/Alpharetta A's- All these teams are quality teams that can make life tough...Stars beat the Chili Dogs last year, got killed by Mill Creek, took Mizuno to extra innings, won STB World Series, problem I have with the Stars is they go north too much to play// Thunder lost several kids but if I know Coach Gallowasy he will put a very good team on the field// the A's are solid, they had some very impressive wins last season and some losses that did not add up...seem well coached and organized.

1) East Cobb Astros...This TEAM is completely loaded from top to bottom. Hard pressed to find another team in the country with this much talent. 3 or 4 deep in every defensive position, a fierce batting lineup and they probably have the deepest pitching staff in 12 year old baseball. As 11's this team competed and held their
own against the 12 year old major teams. Look for them to make a run at the top spot Nationally!
2) East Cobb Shamrocks..This team has the potential to be in the top 10 nationally if they can keep the team chemistry together. They have a very powerful team, big bats, and 3 or 4 dominate pitchers. Defense and speed is where they will probably lack but given time they should be able to over come with their sheer power.
3) Homplate Chilidogs.... Hard to keep this team out of the top 5 in Georgia. Year end and year out they put together fundamentally sounds teams. This group of boys are well coached and they Know how to play the game. Very good defensively, great pitching and can hit. Might not be the most powerful team but they will hit, hit, hit. This team will definetely be in the top 20 in the nation before it's all said and done.
4) Chiefs...Lost some players but they always seem to re-load. Until they prove that they can be beat more often than none they will remain one of the top teams in Georgia and will probably still be one of the top teams in the country. This team is still loaded
1 through 10 even though they lost some key players they added some as well. Debth might hurt them in the hot days of the summer.
5) East Cobb Longhorns.... if this team comes together fast they could be one of the surprise teams nationally in the 12 year old age group. This team has been totally revamped from the 11 year old Longhorn team last year. They have added 4 or 5 drop down players that are very good along with some other big pick ups from other major 11 year old teams, that could make this team one that you will be seeing playing regularly on Sundays. You might not want to play this team on a small field.
6) Mill Creek..This team snuck up on everyone last year in the 11's and had some big wins. Very solid team that has some very good athletes. They play good defense, pitch very well and seem to
be very disciplined at the plate. Playing against more of the major teams last year only made these boys better. Lost some players but added some that could make this team even stronger.
7) Georgia Legends.... The new kid on the block. This team will probaly take some time to mesh but once they do they could possibly be a top 20 team. Combination of kids from 3 or 4 teams brings a lot
of talent to this Legends team. They should be pretty darn good defensively, have some good arms on the mound and should be pretty solid at the plate. They will be tested early in some of the major tournaments.
8) East Cobb Yankees.... another new kid on the block. Again, another team that will take a few tournaments to get going but when they do they could be a team that will make some noise. This team has been built with players coming from 4 or 5 different teams. This team should be able to hit with most of the major teams as they have some powerful bats mixed in the lineup. Pitching and defense could be a question early until they can figure out each of their strengths.
9) East Cobb Braves.... This team is another team year end and year out that seems to compete against any team they play. Debth has kept them from taking the next step and compete on the national level.
They have made some key additions to this years team and should pull off some big wins. Very solid defensively, some good pitching and the additions make the hitting much better.
10) Georgia Stars....This team has a lot of talent. It's hard to tell how good they are until they start playing in the major tournaments. Pretty deep all around and have good coaching. Dangerous team with a lot of Championship history! Will see if they show up in the big events this year.

Honorable Mention in no specific order:
Alpharetta A's
East Cobb Thunder
Crackers
Dekalb Barons
