Reality is the facilities, in many cases are rented regardless of weather. I would be suprised if TC clears anything on weekends like this. Prob loses. |

I've "administered" a small corner of a tournament that wasn't as big as what got washed out. If they cleared anything, which I doubt, they are looking up at minimum wage.
Trust me, they didn't want to cancel this tournament. |

Our tourney canceled too this past weekend, and we lost on t-shirts, perishables, non-refundable org fees, city mtc personnel who committed to work all weekend long, directional signage, ect. We'll be lucky to break even. I used to think the non-refundable portion was bunk, but now I know otherwise.
