Tournament looks exciting, saw a few upsets in pool, but pool is just a warmup. My predictions pretty much sucked, BMOSER was right on with Sandy Plains, but they may have burned their pitching early. Kennesaw and boynton have deep pitching lets see what happens today and tomorrow. Umpiring has been suspect so far.

Yup, I don't mind judgement calls being missed, but when routine plays are missed, then there's a problem.

SP lost to Duluth giving up 2 hits in 6 innings, and Duluth was error-less. That's 10YO baseball for you. It's hard to keep these boys up for every game, especially back-to-back. That's what makes what the Bandits do so impressive.

57-1 in six games??!??!? How long, if they aren't already, until they start playing 11U tournaments?

I got 22 pool games of 27 right. Missed the 2 tie games, SS Blue, and EC Tigers upsets. Anyone do better out there? I had only 2 of final 4.

I NEVER saw the Cindarella story (Duluth) coming, and I've seen them play many times. They've never performed up to that level before. No doubt the most improved team. Kudos to their Coaches, players, and parents supporting the effort. They are scrappy gamers.

Now onto the S-NIT.
