 Coaches What kinda ship do you run?

How stern are you with players and parents? Does the paid coach keep his distance after games? Let his hair down? Is the ship tight or loosy goosy?

expectations for any team needs to bet set up front, biggest problem I see is preferential treatment of some even by paid coaches. Like they say, all have their favorites.

Isn't that the truth. Hate to see it, but it happens all of the time. And usually it doesn't make sense and has no benefit to the team and is a detriment.

2play very true. We see all types... those taking $ for playing time; daddy ballers that think they know talent; paid coaches who think they know talent; great coaches with no agenda imagine that (the good guys); daddy ballers that actually do not act like daddy ballers and resign to playing the best at the best........ got heeeeem!!!!!
