| How stern are you with players and parents? Does the paid coach keep his distance after games? Let his hair down? Is the ship tight or loosy goosy? |

| expectations for any team needs to bet set up front, biggest problem I see is preferential treatment of some even by paid coaches. Like they say, all have their favorites. |

Isn't that the truth. Hate to see it, but it happens all of the time. And usually it doesn't make sense and has no benefit to the team and is a detriment. |

2play very true. We see all types... those taking $ for playing time; daddy ballers that think they know talent; paid coaches who think they know talent; great coaches with no agenda imagine that (the good guys); daddy ballers that actually do not act like daddy ballers and resign to playing the best at the best........ got heeeeem!!!!!
