Has anyone used the combat 4 - 10 senior league bat. They come in 2 5/8 or 2 3/4 barrel size. Was thinking about switching my son from the Worth Prodigy to the new combat 4. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

The B4 is an AWESOME bat! It will sound different than most composite bats but the pop off the bat (in my opinion) is better than the Easton and ANY Worth bat. My son has been using Combats for the last several years and the B4 is equal to the B1. Just do not let it become a team bat! They will all want to use it after they see how the ball jumps off the bat.

He will love the bat. Bigger sweet spot. I have -8. Little more pop than my Easton and cf5 composites. It is a single piece compos. used by most power hitters. A contact hitter will be better severed with two piece Easton. Dont use compos. under 65 degrees no pop. Voodoo and Easton alum are great under 65.

I know this is a little off subject, but have you heard anything about the Combat "Bubba"? I think it may be nothing more than a Portent with different paint?

We have kids on our team with the B3, B4 and the Bubba.....The Bubba is a drop -12, doesn't seem to have the same pop as the B3 and definitely no where close to the B4. I know it's only batting practice, but after seeing the same kids swing all three bats, the B4 is the real deal and the B3 isn't too far behind it.....the Bubba just doesn't seem to get the same compression/or pop as the others. I would highly recommend the B4, it seems that you can find the B4 on ebay right now for less than $200.

Just curious what kind of problem did you have with the original B4?

And what size is the bat you have for sale?
