Guys, I don't know if you have all heard yet but Baseball Papa had quite a weekend winning 3 championsip rings, 2 golds and a bronze ring. My 10U Bandits won the gold ring, My Chiefs won the 12U gold and my friends and former team the Rome Rattlers won the bronze ring in the 11U division.
I have been approached by the director of the Lord of the Rings triology and asked if I would be interested in a 4th sequel and I have taken this under advisement. My plans are for Coach Chris of the Chiefs to play Legolas, Coach Burger of the Rattlers to play Aragorn and Coach Troy of the Bandits to star as the hobbit Frodo Baggins and of course I would play Gandalf the White Wizard due to the magic I pulled out of my hat this weekend.
What a well run tournament at a marvelous facility. This was a weekend that I will remember for a long time and I am sure that all of the players will remember this for a lifetime. Thanks to all involved and USSSA can take a hike as far as I am concerned. |
