I've used Pincrafters two years ago and again this year for our cc'town pins. Did a great job both times. Not sure about pricing but you may want to check them out for yourself.

Used Pin Promotions from 2005-2008 http://pinpromotions.com/

Pins are made in China and delivered in a week (signature was needed on delivery).

Since we are on the topic of pins...how many pins are you planning on taking to Cooperstown? I've heard number anywhere from 50-200. I don't want to order too many and come home with a bunch, but I also don't want my sons to run out.

we ordered 100 for each player. That what we did two years ago as well. And while most players ran out some had left over. It just depends on how agressive the player (or parent) is with pin trading. Personally I could care less about pins.

It all depends on how active a pin trader you want to be. If Mom, and you and the player and the siblings get involved getting all +/- 95 teams pins can be done. If it is the player alone, then how active will he be, and how many from the other teams will he be happy with? Also, if you are going to go to another big tournament after Cooperstown (AAU, USSSA, etc.) then you can still trade there as well....

12u teams... Take enought for each of your players to get at least 1 of each team that is going to be their plus a few extra some sisters and brother also like getting in on it as well. The Umpires like to collect pins as well.. My son had only 50 last year it was not enough.. Those pins mean more to him then the others in the past. When you are their they sale showdow boxes from cooperstown village you can put a picture of your son, a baseball with all your pins in it, plus a spot for your ring. The box last year for the small cost of 75 dollars. They have a bigger box that you can put your custom baseball bat in as well. It is a something he's already asked when he moves out when he gets older its going to be the first thing he puts up... just some FYI. Some kids last year wasn't able to get all the pins. At night time when games are over boys stand outside the rooms and switch pins. So keep an Eye on them also. Some other teams took some of my sons pins as well...While he was trading pins.
