USTBA would like to address the many phone calls and emails we have received over the last couple of months concerning the organization and a change of our name.
USTBA (United States Travel Baseball Association), still operates under the trademark name of USTBA in Georgia and Nationally as it has since inception in 2007.
" USTBA HAS NOT CHANGED OUR NAME! "
A start-up organization, headed by an individual who worked within the USTBA organization, has recently created confusion among the travel baseball community by using, in part, our good name.
This deliberate attempt to deceive the travel baseball community they are a part of The Original USTBA is not only IMMORAL and UNETHICAL, there are also many other issues, including legal, that arise.
I would like to personally apologize for any confusion this may cause and I am confident this situation will be rectified soon.
